WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS SUMMER?

So Summer is at the door and don't we all have so much to do and fit in some fun. Yesterday I went flying and snapped this photo of my home from the air. We have been very involved in  home projects outside for the second summer in a row. My whole yard was re-arranged last summer to dig out a spot to add  a new garage. So the dirt was added to the slop that goes down in front of my house. Therefore I have a very muddy front yard. The slope is now growing new grass and yet the top of hill is still a huge work in progress. As well has finishing the front new mudroom, entryway and garage. Its very stressful.I am trying to also work on my art work at the same time. So if you wounder "WHERE IS SHE" you can rest knowing I am still here just busy.I will post photos and keep you up to date on what the progress is as well as my work in the studio!

I am working on Sketches and plans for a jointed doll of some type. This is a fun direction for me and I am as well scared to death of it! But that is what every person needs is another challenge.

My garden so far is coming along nicely but is only a fraction finished.

My house colors are fun and crazy and yet I am so thankful I have not neighbors to consult so anything goes! I still have to figure out the entryway layout of siding and color choices. I may need everyone to suggest on this part!

  1. The depth of color in the lilies is amazing. Good luck on the new direction for the dollies. I LIKE your red exterior wall. Thanks for sharing pics of the garden!
